Artist's Comments
Geno or ♥♪!? (his real name) is from the Nintendo game Super Mario RPG, one of my favorite RPG games made by Nintendo! Geno is a wooden doll that is brought to life and soon helps Mario on his quest! I recommend the game to those of you who have never played it! Geno was going to be in Brawl and is even proven to have had some designs made.... but sadly Square Enix decided that it was best not to give their share of the rights away. He is a very popular character to most, amazingly only being in that one game his fan base matches that of most other Nintendo characters! There are those who just want him to be left in the past and rest with the others who were never to return... Those people don't know what gthey're missing! If they think he should just not come back then fine but I believe he's a kool character and wish he would! As do most. If you have heard of Geno then you might of seen that Newgrounds video of him saying "I'll blow up japan with my sheer awesomeness if I don't get in Brawl, Because I'm awesome." Though the threat is obviously WAY over blown I agree with these people in saying he should be in! GENO! I think I'll make a Mallow next...
And just for the note... RPG Magazine’s issue number 5 wrote, “Square-Enix is considering bringing back Super Mario RPG by making a sequel on the DS." AWESOME! As always I take no rights of Geno who is copyrighted by Nintendo and Square Enix. |
